We have a 6320 running Ultrix 3.1 with 4 DMB-32s. They seem to cause us lots of problems but the one I'd like to describe now is associated with modems. We have 12 Digital "Scholar" modems connected on adjacent ports. What happens is that most of the time things work fine BUT sometimes when people don't log out but just disconnect, the modem doesn't shut down the session. When the next person dials in on that modem, they get the previous person's session. It seems like when the modem loses carrier that it ought to treat it as if the session had terminated. Anyone seem a problem resembling this? Mark.
