We are having a terrible time bringing up Ultrix on our MV3100. The
configuration is with a TK tape drive, and rz23 internal disk, and two Fuji
M2263s drives attached. Every time we take a step towards configuring the
disks the way we want to, the file systems corrupt. To make matters worse,
I've got a rumor from my FE that another site running VMS with the same
configuration found that the Fuji disks (this is all on SCSI buss) were
corrupting any file on any disk as long as they were turned on (turning them
off stopped the corruption). I'm in the process of contacting that site for
verification, but any information would be appreciated. I would also be
interested in making contact with anyone else who has had experience
configuring Ultrix with 3rd party drives.
