[comp.unix.ultrix] Looking for DecWindows header files for C++

We are using C++ version 2.0 with vanilla DecWindows
on a DS5000 under Ultrix 4.0.

Does anybody have the much-needed include files that
include the "extern C" directives necessary for C++?
