I am planning to attach 3rd party SCSI disks to my DecSystem 5500 and am intersted in the experiences of others doing the same. Specifically: 1. Do you use the imbedded SCSI channel, or do you use a host adapter? If the latter, what adapter do you use? 2. What disks (brand and model) do you have? 3. Do you use the SCSI disks in conjunction with DSSI disks? 4. What are your experiences, both good and bad? Feel free to add any other observations you deem relevant.
