A couple of weeks ago there was a brief discussion here concerning top, a program which shows CPU usage interactively (shows constantly updated screen of top n cpu users). The main discussion was that it seemed to have broken under Ultrix 4.x (as several kernel variables changed at that time). I have since received an updated version of top from Robert Evans at the University of Wales. I was able to compile and go with only minor customization of the Makefile.
