Somebody out there knows of a good book about the general phylosophy of the UNIX op system .... we're gettin Ultrix machines and I would like to learn about a little bit about it's structure. Also a goon begginers-intermediate to intermediate-advance book would help -I think I can handle the very basic stuff. There's a book that seems to get recommended for this called UNIX for VMS users (or something like that) published by Digital Press. I've never seen it so I can't comment first hand, but it seems to be popular. -- John Haxby, Definitively Wrong. Digital <jch@wessex.rdg.dec.com> Reading, England <...!ukc!wessex!jch>
