[comp.unix.ultrix] Anyone using exabyte 8500s?

Is anyone out there using the 5GB Exabytes (8500) on DecStation 5000s
yet?

I want to use them but have heard vague rumors that they don't work yet.

I am about to purchase so would appreciate an update.
