Anyone know who a reliable vendor for new/used RA series drives? Looking for a deal on a low-milage RA81. I usually have a mess of fliers from various companies strewn about my vertical filing system, but now can't seem to lay my hands on one. Managed to find one or two verdors in the back of a recent Digital Review. Any pointers, phone numbers, or personal experiences would be appreciated. Still... Most dealers can turn up an unused RA81 still. There's really no such thing as low time, all you can do is insist on a warrenty including eligibility for DEC maintenance. Check with DEC on what certification they require this days, it changes. I've had good luck with Scott Lewton at CST. Beware of Computer Clearing House, you'll get no more than you know to ask for in writing. -- George Robbins - now working for, uucp: {uunet|pyramid|rutgers}!cbmvax!grr but no way officially representing: domain: grr@cbmvax.commodore.com Commodore, Engineering Department phone: 215-431-9349 (only by moonlite)
