[comp.unix.ultrix] Installing XloadImage on VMS

Hey all,

    I want to install XloadImage on our VAXstation 3100's at work.  I'm
primarily an Ultrix person, with very little VMS experience.  According to
the docs, the program can be compiled for VMS; however, the makefile looks 
like a standard Unix makefile.  I guess the real question is: how do you go 
about making a program in VMS?
