As previously mentioned, there will be a similar program distributed with R4.0 that provides a slightly more generalized mechanism, that would even allow getty's and tip's out to Annex ports. R4.0 isn't needed for those features, but it is needed if you want direct port connections (i.e., port 5001 is serial line 1, etc) or rotaries bound to IP addresses.
