I've recently installed Encore's Annex 4.0-UX release on an annex I. This is a good product! I am having a small problem. If the pref_load_addr is down the annex will not load from a back up erpcd I have running on the network. Here is the output from 'erpcd -D' on the back up host. erpcd: message received erpcd: forked bfs: ch_id[0]=0 ch_id[1]=c3f bfs: sending open return message erpc_return: iovlen=0 erpc_return: rh_id[0]=0 rh_id[1]=c3f erpcd: message received erpcd: forked bfs: ch_id[0]=0 ch_id[1]=c41 bfs: sending open return message erpc_return: iovlen=0 erpc_return: rh_id[0]=0 rh_id[1]=c41 Session timeout erpcd: message received erpcd: forked bfs: ch_id[0]=0 ch_id[1]=c43 bfs: sending open return message erpc_return: iovlen=0 erpc_return: rh_id[0]=0 rh_id[1]=c43 Session timeout Session timeout . . . Once the annex has booted it will use the secondary server for acp requests. Anyone else had this problem? Also, anyone from Encore listening? While in super user mode to CLI I typed "stats -s 1-16", the annex core dumped. I have the dump which I can provide via ftp if someone from Encore wants to pick it up. -- Dan Reading U of U CS dept.
