[comp.sys.encore] gnu-emacs on encore

csa@cloud9.Stratus.COM (Chris Arthur @ Stratus Computer, Inc.) (01/25/89)

At WPI, we have Gnu-emacs 18.41.9, with modifications to use Encore's LEAP
protocol done by someone at Encore. Is there a more recent (like 18.52?)
version with the leap mods? Please reply to csa@wpi.wpi.edu...

Or to the list. I'm also interested in hearing this, and I suspect even
more people are.

I incorporated the LEAP diffs into 18.49 (or something like that), but
I don't have it available anymore. So it's probably possible to do it
with 18.52, but I can't help, sorry. I seem to recall that there were
some parts that were pretty tricky to fix, because of changes between
18.41 and whatever version I was working with.
