Call for Contributions to the Hardware SIG Newsletter.

During the hardware SIG meeting in Grenoble, Tony Gore decided to produce a
special hardware newsletter. Since he does not want to write the whole
newsletter himself, he would like to know if anyone has any *useful* contri-
butions.
