IEEE 1989 Int Conf on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing Prof Durrani (Strathclyde Univ) and Prof Grant (Edinburgh Univ) have asked me to draw the attention of all transputer literate signal processing specialists to this event. They want to run a session on Parallel Procesing, particularly featuring transputer based systems, and therefore particularly solicit contributions in this area. The call for papers is published in the May and June issues of IEEE Transactions on ASSP, and the DEADLINE is the 8th August.
