The next meeting of the oug will take place at the Boldrewood Medical Centre
of the University of Southampton. Accommodation for those who require it will
be provided at the Glen Eyre Hall of residence. Glen Eyre is approximately ten
minutes walk from the Boldrewood Centre. The meeting starts at 11:00 on Monday
the 19th September 1988 and finishes at 15:30 on Wednesday the 21st September.
Special Interest Group meeting have been arranged for both Monday morning
before the meeting itself and Tuesday evening, after dinner. There will be
extensive facilities for demonstrations, exhibitions and book stalls. There
will be a conference dinner on the Monday evening.
Registration will take place on Monday morning from 9:00 until 11:00. The
first set of SIG meetings will take place at 9:00 to 10:30. Delegates wishing
to attend the SIG meetings on Monday morning, or those who have a long way to
travel, may wish to stay overnight on Sunday. Registration on Sunday will be
possible at the Hall of Residence. A provisional programme is shown below:

There will also be a panel session and a user group business session.
The meeting will be closed by an INMOS management update given by Peter
Cavill, Director Microsystems Products.
It is anticipated that attendees will receive a copy of the proceedings of the
meeting at registration.
The non-residential option for registration is aimed at those delegates who
wish to travel daily to the meeting. This does not include eveining meals or
the conference dinner.
The number of people attending the conference has been restricted to a maximum
of 300 residents and 50 non-residents. Places will be allocated in order of
receipt of the booking form. THE DEADLINE FOR BOOKING IS WEDNESDAY THE 31st
AUGUST.
There is car parking space at both Boldrewood and Glen Eyre. A map of the area
including directions will be sent with the registration confirmation letter.
There will also be a free bus shuttle service to/from the Central Station, on
Sunday evening, Monday morning, and Wednesday afternoon, for those who wish to
travel by train.
