The University of Twente presents:
the 10th occam user group technical meeting
3-4-5 April 1988
The occam user group invites all those interested in the field of
parallel programming of transputer based machines to attend the 10th
meeting at the University of Twente. The meeting includes plenary
lectures, tutorials, commercial exhibits, a panel session with key
persons and meetings of the Special Interest Groups.
Areas of interest are:
Digital Image and Signal Processing Computer aided design
Other languages on the transputer Neural Networks
Simulation Design methodologies
Process Control Databases
Object Oriented Programming Applications
Telecommunications Functional languages
This meeting will take place at the Dish hotel in Enschede. The
meeting will commence on Monday 3 April 1989 at 0900 and finish on
Wednesday 5 April at 1400. There are two options for registration:
(*) A. 10th occam user group meeting Dfl. 245.00
(*) B. Overnight Stay + A Dfl. 402.50
The registration fee includes:
(*) Admission to all sessions
(*) Coffee and tea during breaks
(*) Admission to all meeting lunches
(*) Admission to meeting receptions
(*) Admission to all meeting dinners

The 10th occam user group meeting and workshop on parallel programming
of transputer based machines will be organised in the Netherlands.
This international meeting will take place at the DISH Hotel
Schermerhorn Hall in Enschede and will commence on Monday 3 April 1989
at 0900 and finish on Wednesday 5 April 1989 at 1400.
On Sunday 2 April 1989 participants may register from 1700 whereupon
the meeting will be opened by a Reception/Buffet at 1900 hours.
The registration fee includes:
(*) Admission to all sessions
(*) Coffee and tea during breaks
(*) Admission to all meeting lunches
(*) Admission to meeting receptions
(*) Admission to all meeting dinners
You can register separately for your overnight stay in a study bedroom
with breakfast (see registration form).
An exhibition of commercial products related to transputer based
machines will be held at the conference site.
Travelling to Enschede:
The DISH Hotel Schermerhorn Hall is located in the centre of
Enschede which is easily accessible by rail and by motorway. If you
travel by air, we recommend flying to Schipol Airport (Amsterdam),
and then catching a train to Enschede.
From the train station in Enschede you can walk to your hotel.
Should you travel by ferry and/or/rail we also recommend that you
take the train to Enschede.
If you have your own means of transport, just head for Enschede,
and follow the signs for ``Centrum'' or ``DISH Hotel''.
