The North American Transputer Users Group will hold its Spring
1989 conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, on April 5 and 6. The
conference is tentatively scheduled to begin at noon on the 5th
and run through the 6th. The conference will be accompanied by a
display of products from several vendors. The sponsors are
Brigham Young University, the University of Utah, and Utah State
University.
Professor Hoare will be speaking at the University of Utah at the
same time as our meeting and has agreed to participate in the users
group gathering.
Presentations will consist of contributed long (30 min.) and
short (15 min.) papers. Long papers should emphasize solid
results of experimental or theoretical work. Short papers may
discuss work in progress. Those wishing to contribute should
submit an abstract of no more than 600 words (long papers) or no
more than 300 words (short papers) by February 1, 1989, to

All presented papers will be published in the conference
proceedings.
(Please note the change in the due date for abstracts. Email submissions
would be preferred, if at all possible.)
