The research group at Middlesex are currently involved in the implementation of parallel processing/transputers in the field of real-time control systems (film printing process). Has anyone had experience in using digital sensors (encoders) with a transputer based control system, in particular the way in which you obtain a suitable signal from the sensor onto one of the links of a transputer network. ( C011 or C012 link adaptors ?). Any information or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
