[comp.sys.transputer] DSP on T2/T4

Fellow Transputer Freaks,

         I am interested in learning of the DSP capabilities of the
         Transputer.  My application involves the use of a T222 or
         perhaps T414 processing 12 bit data at roughly 5kHz.  I am in
         the process of writing a grant application for this project
         and I'd like to accurately describe the signal processing
         capability (with an emphasis on performance) of these chips.
         If anyone out there has had experience using the Transputer
         with digital filtering, FFT, FIR, or related algorithms and
         has a list of sources for this type of work, please pass the
         information along.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
