Subject: Query about distributed memory machines

First, let me apologize for this being crossposted to several groups, but
after several minutes of thought, I couldn't decide which was most
appropriate. Note that follow-ups are going to comp.arch.

I am interested in finding out the technical specs of as many existing
distributed memory multiprocessors as possible. In particular, I'm
interested in such things as speed of nodes, number of nodes, speed and type
of interconnect, broadcast/multicast support, memory hierarchy design (size,
speed, caching strategy, etc.), cost, and so on. I am interested in either
the information itself or pointers to articles that contain the information
and that I can make a copy of (the latter is probably more useful).

Some examples of the machines I know fall in this class are NCube, ES-1, and
Amatek. Pointers to specs on these would be very useful.

Please *mail* responses to me, I will post a summary to all three newsgroups
(unless it becomes obvious that the summary should be limited to one or two
of the newsgroups).

Thank you,
