Dear mailing list: First, another annoying problem with the Inmos Occam toolset: It turned out (that did cost us another day ...) that the Inmos tools are case-sensitive concerning filenames and extensions, even on systems which do usually not distinguish between cases (like DOS). Moreover, sometimes one tool stores a filename in the wrong case in a file processed later by another tool. The first tool doesn't give any message, but the second one failes (maybe hours later), complaining about nonexistant files. Moreover, the filename displayed in the error message is not necessarily in the case actually used by the tool. It took us some time till somebody here had the idea to scan binaries and libraries for file names... (We have a DOS command interpreter which doesn't upper- or lowercase the command line automatically...) Secondly, another question concerning C004's: Does the 3L/Inmos Parallel C (V2.0) flood fill system handle links connected to C004 configuration links correctly? Does it leave them unchanged, or does it mess up the C004 settings?
