I have written an OCCAM PROC which, according to the compile info fold, will use memory up to #800092e7. This is of course outside the actual memory available on B401-3 (T800 + 32K). Yet when I load this PROC onto the transputer (using LOAD PROGRAM), I get no warning that weirdness is around the corner. The first sign of trouble appears when I run an EXE linked to the network PROGRAM. Everything hangs. My question: is there any automatic way to tell when the component PROCs of a PROGRAM require more memory than is available on a TRAM? Thank you for reading, and, I hope, replying to this query.
