[comp.sys.transputer] Using Transtech's Fortran compiler

whitman@brillig.cs.umd.edu (Peter Whitman) (01/11/91)

I am interested in hearing about other people's experiences with
porting Fortran programs to transputers via Transtech's Fortran
compiler.

Please direct your replies via e-mail to pcw@aplcomm.jhuapl.edu
and I'll summarize to the group/list if there's sufficient interest.

Hello,
I am currently in the process of porting a finite difference simulation
code for hydrological modelling to a Transtech system running under
Genesys. I expect to have something more useful to say within a month
or two. We are also trying to port the code onto a shared memory machine
to compare the two exercises and performances.
I would be interested in any other replies you receive.
By the way, where are you? Edinburgh? I have difficulty deciphering email
addresses!
