[comp.sys.transputer] traveling salesman problem

Dear Netters,


    I am developing an algorithm related to the traveling salesman problem
using an elastic net method. This algorithm is based on a article called
"An Analogue Approach to the Traveling Salesman Problem Using an Elastic
Net Method", by Richard Durbin and David Willshaw.

    I would like to know if anybory knows anyone who have been working
with this kind of problem or knows the e-mail addresses of Durbin or
