(My guess is that the people at DEC that "develop" and "maintain" EDT use a different editor.) Actually, the DEC software folks must use hard-wired 19.2kbaud lines. Witness the PHONE program (talk to UNIX types) that scrolls regions of the screen by erasing and re-writing each line of the screen, rather than setting a terminal scrolling region ... Sorry - I'll go back to my cage now ...
