I will be attending Transputing '91 in CA late this month. The week after I will still be in the San Francisco area and would like to visit with people working with transputers. I would also really like to see what is going on in Computer Science education at Stanford and Berkeley. My details are: Senior lecturer in Computer Science, and Head of the Computer Graphics and Parallel Machine Architecture research group in the dept. of computer science. I have been building a hybrid shared/distributed memory transputer system and am about to start a second generation system using H1's and dsp processors. My main interests are parallel architectures as applied to computer graphics, also ray tracing and radiosity. My group is also working in applying dynamically reconfigurable hardware to computer graphics, image compression and image processing. If anyone is interesting in talking to me re the above and/or computer science education please email me. Wayne J.
