Hi.. Any comments on the Transputer Education Kit from Computer
Systems Architects? They have an add-on board for MS-DOS machines that
has a 20 Mhz 32-bit transputer (T400?), a T400 C cross compiler, and a
T400 Occam compiler, assembler, and documentation for $236 retail. It
doesn't say how much memory (if any) is included with this board
though. What is roughly the speed of this transputer (relative to say,
an 80386 or 68030 on general purpose code)? Also, are there any mail
order companies that sell this kit, or am I going to have to pay
retail? Thanks in advance!
