I am looking for the source code of working parallel image processing( and analysis)routines for transputers. I am currently using from 4 to 12 t800's, we perfer to program in C, we use parasoft's express package (but are not afraid to perform without this net to achieve faster I/O times). My front end is a mac. The rest of this mailing is questions about NEL's iplib. I am aware of iplib from NEL in East Kilbride, UK. I beleive that it can be purchased from Sension or Quintek. What do you think of the NEL source codes the package is for the PC( but I need it on the MAC) . Has anyone ported iplib to a platform other than the PC. Are some of the routines done on the host serially? How many of the 200 listed routines are actually in Parallel and on the transputers. Would it be incredibly difficult to to write a frontend to exploit the source code on a Mac(or other host). Do the NEL routines require an OCCAM harness? I invite responses from any NEL rep.
