Hi, I asked Keith (Bostic) and he says that the sources not covered by att license, that were identifed as such by Jan of this year were placed on site uunet.uu.net ~ftp/bsd-sources. A complete list right now is tricky because it's changing every day, if you count early (and buggy) versions of stuff. If you care about something that's not on uunet, but that you might reasonably suspect was a berkeley or contrib to berkeley source, you'll have to ask a person with bsd source access (like me). (You could ask Keith too, but he is busy making 4.4 so I'd probably be better person for stupid questions.) If people like, I can mail you an ls -lR of bad-sources on uunet. Andrew
