[comp.editors] "What you see is what you get" Unix editor wanted

Hello net, I'm looking for an "what you see is what you get" text editor, running on unix.
It should allow bold  and underlining, and if it could handle characteres with accents,
the better. 

If you know about some public domain (prefered) or comercial version, please let me know.
