Crisp works fine on the console of our 386. But when I try to use it with anything else, it screws up. I have fiddled with the Termcap a lot, but without any luck. The symptom is that periodically it messes the screen up, most commonly it seems to be connected with writing the time at the bottom of the screen. It will instead put some strange characters at the cursor, or at some random place on screen. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have considered X-ON/X-OFF problems, but slowing the terminal (an hp700/41 in wyse 30 mode) to 2400 baud doesn't help, so I assume the problem is something else. Does anyone have a wyse30 termcap that is known to work with crisp? Of if you have seen this kind of problem with other terminals, how did you fix it? Also, Is there a command to redraw the screen? Ideally I'd like to bind <control>-L to redraw the screen, like vi. Adrian Miranda uunet!clark!ade
