[comp.editors] a stevie specific question

	Has anyone notice that stevie insists on redrawing the screen when
a new line is inserted on the bottom of the screen?  I noticed most other
full screen editors simply let the terminal scroll the lines instead
of updating the whole screen.  Anybody has a patch for this?  Thanks.

    BTW, this is on a Sun4 using SunOS 4.1.
