[comp.editors] Context Sensitive Editors Info Needed

I am looking for information about any good context 
sensitive editor.  Has  anyone  had experience with 
such an editor?  Preferably, the editor is language 
programmable  and   suitable  for both advanced and 
novice users. Responses would be greatly 
appreciated.
