[comp.editors] Jove 4.12

  I just installed Jove v4.12, and discovered to my dismay that the
ansi-codes command isn't in it (until now I had 4.9 up); strange thing
is, it's in all of the documentation
  Is 4.12 really 4.1.2? I installed it exactly as last time, so I
don't think I left anything out. Any ideas?
