The idea of PCC sounds pretty good, as there is only a PCC interpreter needed per machine. It still does not solve much, if a standard for reading/writing floppies is not set. PC or MS DOS diskettes are quite interchangable and can be read and written with minor hassle,even if .exe or .com files are not compatible. Then, once you get a media standard, preferably mini-floppies, DSDD 800 KB (my favorites), then we can talk a bit more about PCC. What's the status of media standards in the CP/M world?
