[net.micro] apple C compiler info wanted

Manx has an Aztec C for the Apple.  I'm not sure if they have PRODOS
support, because I used it a couple of years ago, but they might.
I didn't actually use the native Apple II compiler - I used a cross that
ran on a PC.  I was quite happy with it, as I've been with Manx in
general.  C is hard to do on a 6502 (it has just a 256 byte stack), but
they've done a nearly complete K & R (missing only bit fields, which they
may have implemented by now).  Their technical support people are always
helpful (though the line is always busy).
