Does anybody have a UNIX version of the VAX/TPU EVE editor?

this works with gnu emacs, i havent tried it

I have.

This package is an emulation of the EDT key bindings of EVE. 
Works reasonably well, but one doesn't have TPU underlying the
whole thing, as with EVE, and so can't run TPU programs/macros.
