[ This is posted on behalf of a colleague without a userid ] I have recently attended a seminar with Dr Bob Zawacki (University of Colorado) regarding extended research and surveys founded on Hertzberg's earlier work. What other recent material, published articles and new trends are there in the understandings of motivation? Our interest is in relation to employment satisfaction in general and high-tech employment in particular. Any help offered would be vastly appreciated as such information is very difficult to come by in small countries like NZ.
