[alt.config] Should sources be in alt.sources?

I recommend putting source discussions in comp.sources.d as usual.
The only reason alt.sources exists is because comp.sources.misc is
moderated.  I don't mind a few non-source postings if they are
relevant, but it sets a bad example for people who have irrelevant things
to say.
