[net.micro] "Windows for C" and IBM-PC and Apple IIe

Currently running C86 compiler from Computer Innovations's and  "Windows
for C" from Creative Solutions on IBM-PC.

Would like to port this windows package (or equivalent) to the
Apple IIe.
Also would like to port other C86 software to the Apple.

Does anyone know about C compilers and/or window packages for the
Apple IIe?
