I came up with this recipe for him. He still doesn't like cookies, but the recipe has made its way to various other people to become a favorite. .IH "Makes 4 dozen" .IG "\(12 cup" "butter" "120 g" .IG "1 cup" "brown sugar" "200 g" .IG "\(34 cup" "sugar" "150 g" .IG "1" "egg" .IG "\(14 cup" "milk" "60 ml" .IG "2 cups" "flour" "200 g" .IG "1 tsp" "baking powder" "5 ml" .IG "1 tsp" "cinnamon" "5 ml" .IG "\(12 tsp" "salt" "2.5 ml" .IG "1 tsp" "grated orange rind" "5 ml" .IG "1\(12 cups" "apples," "250 g" pared and chopped .IG "1 cup" "cranberries," "100 g" chopped .PH .SK 1 Preheat oven to .TE 375 190 . .SK 2 Cream butter and sugars; beat in egg and milk. .SK 3 Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
