I would like to start a weekly or biweekly or monthly "column" in
alt.gourmand, something like the columns that you find in newspapers or
magazines. It seems to me that it would be better if I didn't write
it myself, though if I get no appropriate volunteers I guess I'll have to.
If you would like to write a column for alt.gourmand and you think you
can deliver me at least one column per month, and you're willing to work
with me editing what you write, then please let me know.
Potential topics for columnists include ingredients, cookware, ethnic
food, tricks for making lower-calorie food, and so forth. There's
certainly room for more than one column if I get lots of replies, but
I'll be thrilled if I get any at all.
