I got this recipe from the back of a page from a green engineering pad
with a circuit diagram on the other side.
Where it came from before that I do not know.

.IG "\(12 cup" "vegetable oil" "100 ml"
.IG "\(12 cup" "honey" "100 ml"
.IG "1 tsp" "vanilla extract" "5 ml"
.IG "2 cups" "rolled oats" "150 g"
(quick or old fashioned oatmeal, uncooked)
.IG "2 cup" "wheat flakes" "80 g"
.IG "1 cup" "sunflower seeds" "150 g"
.IG "1 cup" "raisins" "150 g"

.IG "\(12 cup" "chopped walnuts" "50 g"

Preheat oven to

Combine all the dry ingredents and mix well (do not break up the wheat
flakes).

Heat oil, honey and vanilla in a large saucepan.

Remove from heat and mix in the other ingredients stir until everything is
coated well.

Spread into a

for 15\-20 min or until golden brown.

Allow to cool before removing from pan.

These are much better than any "store bought" granola.
I eat it as desert or carry it instead of gorp when backpacking.
It is very good eaten straight, with no milk.
