[alt.gourmand] cleartext copy distribution changed

Many people were complaining to me that their site was not receiving the
cleartext copies of the recipes, so I changed the distribution code
on them to just "na" (North America). It used to be a more complex code,
but I believe that some older versions of news or notes were not recognizing
the more-complex distribution and not passing them on. If you are in North
America and you did not get the cleartext recipes this week, i would
like to know about it.
