Wigilia is eaten after sundown on Christmas Eve. .IH "Serves 6\-8" .IG "5 cups" "milk" "1.2 l" .IG "\(12 lb" "blanched almonds," "250 g" finely ground .IG "1 tsp" "almond extract" "5 ml" .IG "2 cups" "cooked rice" "300 g" .IG "1/3 cup" "sugar" "60 g" .IG "\(14 cup" "raisins or currants" "40 g" .PH .SK 1 Heat milk just to simmerring in a large saucepan. .SK 2 Add all the ingredients; stir until well mixed.
