Ooops. My Freudian slip was on yesterday when I posted my note to
the echo. It should read the New York Post. The Daily News
is the Philadelphia version of the same sort of newspaper.
Also, the Times yesterday said that the info I had about HTLV-1
as a cofactor was more speculative than I remembered. I'll have to check
the tape, but I remember Gallo saying something to the effect that we know,
as opposed to we suspect, that HTLV-1 is a cofactor. However, this is
according to the memory which was a bit frazled after a week of conferance,
so I wouldn't trust it without backup.
