Folks, there has been an issue raised in GAYNET echo about donating blood and
fear of spreading AIDS via that means.
Could someone please present some facts about the chances of receiving the AIDS
virus via a blood donation, and/or giving blood via direct transfusions?
I know the odds are extremely low of obtaining the AIDS virus via a blood
donation, but would appreciate statistics are true figures.
