I posted an article asking for as much information as possible concerning the potential for virus viability outside of the human host. (And subsequent possibility of casual or semi-casual transmission) Because of a well known geologic disturbance in the area at the time, (read - an earthquake that knocked off our systems), I did not receive all of the replies sent this way. I will not take up bandwidth with a re-post, but suffice it to say that several sources have stated that the virus does not become inactivated as soon as it leaves the body as we have been told. I am looking for information that would tend to either confirm or deny this information. If true, this would leave open the question of casual contact transmission. Opinions etc. welcome.
