Folks, I've received a class assignment to conduct a survey on AIDS. I figured that I could probably reach some helpful people out there in Netland, so I'm posting the form in the hopes that y'all will email me some responses. It only takes a minute or two to do and will help my grade in this class immesurably if I get a whole bunch of responses. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE respond to this!
