Treatments with this stuff once a month on someone with recurrents flares of
seborrheic dermatitis (especially the face) is rough! Goggles can protect the
eye areas. Can something be done to cut down on the skin irritation? I have
been thinking of switching to compressed air instead of oxygen and using a coat
of something on the facial areas (zinc oxide, A & D with vaseline, etc.) I'm
reluctant to mix grease and oxygen together.....Do you or anyone else have any
ideas? I don't want to decrease or alter the efficicacy of the preventative
effects that pentadamine would be giving. Locally 4 or 5 patients are placed in
the same room for simultaneous pentadamine therapy, (we have quite a few folks
that need treatment) and the air can get thick.
